Art Social Projects by Liza Basay

School 127. Dnipro, Ukraine

The Dnipro city administration offered to decorate the school, which funded the materials and paid the students for their work.

We gathered with the students to paint the walls of the enclosed gallery that surrounds part of the school building.

In this video, you can catch a glimpse of the process :)

This isn't just any mural, it's a recreation of the decorative motifs by Maria Prymachenko. You see, the students from the outskirts of Dnipro consistently win top prizes in competitions for decorative and applied arts.

The summer was scorching, the workload heavy, but we were truly happy and enjoyed every moment! Plus, we were able to introduce some city residents to the creativity of our beloved artist ;)
