If you wish to order a custom artwork or prefer to pay via bank transfer using another payment method, simply reach out to us via email.

We ship orders worldwide using the safest and fastest methods.

Delivery to European countries takes approximately 7 days.
Delivery to the USA takes approximately 14 days.
Delivery to the UAE takes approximately 14 days.
Delivery to China takes approximately 14 days.

Shipping cost starts at $50.00 depending on quantity of items and weight.

You will receive a shipping notification within 5 - 10 business days of placing your order.

Please note framing of original artworks, art consultation orders, and large scale works are subject to an additional 2 – 4 week processing time.

We declare the artworks at full value to ensure comprehensive insurance coverage for the artwork during shipment.

We are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site.

As such, we don't accept returns.

However, if you are displeased with your acquisition, please contact us via email and we will address it on a case-by-case basis.

If your works arrive damaged, please ensure Liza Basay Art is notified within 14 days of delivery.
